Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable use policy for EaseMaker
Oct 16, 2026

Introduction

Welcome to EaseMaker, an AI image editor and generator platform. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, distributed, or stored through EaseMaker, and sets out our content standards, moderation practices, reporting process, and enforcement actions. Every user, developer, and merchant who uses EaseMaker must comply with this Policy.

This Policy is a standalone content policy. It complements our Terms of Service, which refer users to this document for acceptable use requirements.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content forms supported by EaseMaker:

  • Text: prompts, instructions, and any text you submit to the service.
  • Images: images generated or edited through the service.
  • User inputs (prompts): the prompts and instructions you submit.
  • Uploaded images: photos and images you upload for editing or image-to-image transformation.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

EaseMaker strictly prohibits using the service to generate the following six categories of content:

  • Pornographic / NSFW sexual content.
  • Child safety violations, including CSAM.
  • Copyright, trademark, or brand infringement.
  • Violence, hate, or self-harm.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation of real persons.
  • Illegal goods or fraud.

The sections below break these categories down and cover other prohibited conduct.

2.1 Zero Tolerance

The following content is removed immediately upon discovery, and we reserve the right to report it to the competent authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that promotes or assists terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
  • Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction.
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
  • Deepfake content targeting real individuals, including face swaps, nudity synthesis, intimate-scene synthesis, and fabricated statements or actions, whether or not the person consented.

2.2 Strictly Restricted

  • Violent content: only permitted with a clear creative or educational context.
  • Politically sensitive content: content that may be misleading is not allowed.
  • Medical, legal, or financial advice: must comply with applicable local regulations.

2.3 General Prohibitions

  • Generating or spreading false information or rumors.
  • Impersonating a real person, brand, or organization.
  • Infringing intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights.
  • Passing off AI content as human-created.
  • Bulk-generating spam or fraudulent content.
  • Using jailbreak prompts to bypass platform safety mechanisms.

2.4 Real-Person Material

You may only upload photos or images of yourself, or material for which you have obtained the explicit authorization of the person depicted. Uploading photos or images of another person without their consent is prohibited. Before uploading, you must confirm that the material is your own or that you have obtained authorization. Obtaining authorization does not permit you to generate the deepfake content prohibited in Section 2.1.

3. Content Moderation

EaseMaker applies content safety checks at the input stage, before generation, and relies on the safety policies of the underlying model providers.

3.1 Automated Review (Input Stage)

All prompts and uploaded images are scanned by safety filters before generation:

  • Input filtering: prompts are checked for prohibited keywords, semantics, and intent.
  • Blocklist: a maintained blocklist of prohibited terms and phrases is applied to prompts.
  • Upstream provider safety policies: the underlying model providers apply their own content safety policies to requests.

3.2 Human Review

  • Content reported by users is reviewed by our team.
  • Reports involving child safety or terrorism are prioritized.

3.3 Periodic Review

  • We periodically review and update the blocklist and input filters.
  • We assess the accuracy of the input-stage filters and refine them over time.
